Delivery and payment

If the goods are in stock and the payment has been completed successfully, your order will be shipped within two working days (usually the next working day).
If the goods are not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with information about the estimated delivery date.

At this moment you can order from www.ludopolis.eu to all countries within European Union. Just search for your country in the shopping cart.

The delivery of goods is ensured by the courier company Packeta Slovakia and their partners in the country of delivery.
The buyer is informed about the dispatch of the goods via email or SMS notification from the carrier.

We will do our best to ship ordered goods in the shortest possible time and packed in such a way as to minimize the risk of damage during transport.

The seller is not responsible for:

• for delayed delivery of goods caused by mail, courier company, incorrect delivery address of the buyer or force majeure.
• for damage to the shipment caused by the post or courier company
