Each turn, roll and combine dice to race up the mountain. Reach the top to score, but be careful not to get knocked off! If you roll the goat symbol, you can activate new abilities, with powers rotating from mission to mission. As your story progresses, you will unlock even more powerful abilities and face tougher challenges. The mountain itself may even transform beneath your feet.

Mountain Goats: Legacy combines dice rolling and combining with events to create a longer version of Mountain Goats. After the first session, more hazards and gameplay tweaks gradually appear. The dice now feature a goat symbol, which allows you to use one of your unlocked player powers when rolled. These powers can change with every session.

A new system called “Courage” greatly affects your ability to mitigate luck and refine your dice rolls.

The game can be played as either a single session or as a legacy game. As a legacy game, it is fully replayable and resettable. You will not be asked to destroy or modify any components. The first session can also be combined with the original Mountain Goats game.
