Silent Victory is a solitaire tactical-level game that places you in command of an American submarine during World War II in the Pacific. Your mission is to sink Japanese merchant shipping and warships, improve your crew's quality, earn decorations, and safely return home.

Designed to provide a brisk yet intensive experience, the game presents players with meaningful decisions throughout each patrol. As the war progresses, missions take you to different areas of the Pacific, where success depends on balancing risk while engaging as many targets as possible.
