Decrypto: Expansion #01 – Laserdrive introduces a new category-based mechanism to the Decrypto base game.

Each round, players draw a category card, such as movie titles, tourist attractions, or words beginning with a specific letter. At least one clue given to teammates must match the drawn category.

If all three clues match the category, the team receives a red laser token. Players can spend two red laser tokens to attempt to guess one of the opposing team's hidden words.

A correct guess awards a white token for intercepting the enemy team's information. Collecting two white tokens wins the game, providing an alternative path to victory alongside the core gameplay.
